CHANGES

Any changes outside the scope of this 30-day agreement will be billed at $150/hour. When changes outside the scope of this agreement are requested, the client will be sent an email outlining the specific changes and associated costs, and must approve these changes and associated costs via email before any additional work is performed.

30 DAY WEBSITE DESIGN PROJECT TIMELINE

Step 1: Client orders website and payment is received by Destiny 508.

Step 2: Client receives contract and onboarding questionnaire within 3 days of order.

Step 3: Client signs contract and completes onboarding questionnaire within 7 days of being sent. If you are unable to follow through on completing the

documents you may be subject to cancellation and partial refund.

Step 4: Website Startup Meeting to be completed within 2 business days of receiving completed questionnaire.

Step 5: Client starts the ViViBuilder monthly subscription service (day 14)

Step 6: Client to supply content (copy and photos) to the Web Designer within 5 days of Onboarding Meeting.

Step 7: Initial Design Approval Meeting to be completed by day 14 on Zoom call.

Step 8: Client to supply ALL additional design requirements as decided at the Initial Design Approval Meeting to the Web Designer by day 10 .

Step 9: Final Design Approval Meeting to be completed by day 28 on Zoom call.

Step 10: Project completed and transferred to client on day 30. Additional 2-week sprints can be purchased at $750 each.
